We did dinner for 5. Fun experience. Wine and gelato with entree a nice touch. Large group seating limited.

My parents wanted to try Cafe Euro so we did a birthday lunch. I wish I could just pick "ok" instead of "a-ok". Numerous times throughout our visit I watched people wander around unsure of what to do. Multiple employees had to come and explain where the menus were, where to order, etc. If customers are having this much trouble when walking in for the first time... You are doing something wrong. Perhaps a barrier of some sort that lets the customer know they need to order up front and then find a table, etc. I ordered the chicken with sun-dried tomato pesto sans the bacon. It was just ok. The pasta salad it came with was fine. My mother said the quiche was fluffy and my stepfather said his burger was juicy and the mushrooms were good but lacked some flavor. The french fries were very oily and soggy. The free gelato was not really good. It tastes exactly like frozen soft-serve from a dried mix. It was incredibly gritty and not smooth at all. For around 10 dollars a person for just ok food, the street a little further down and go to Panera Bread and then stop around the corner at Rita's for some real gelato.

We went there for lunch yesterday and it was good. You place your order up front, take a seat and they'll deliver to you when ready. And they ask for only a 10% tip, which should be at least 15% I think. I ordered the half sandwich/cup of soup special: chicken salad sandwich which was just OK, with a thick tomato soup that was excellent. What was disappointing about the chicken salad were the dark and tiny pieces chopped up. Would have preferred white, meatier pieces of chicken. It was very tasty. My wife had the BLT on rye and it was also just OK. They do treat you to multiple sodas and gelato as there are machines for those near the tables in the rear of restaurant. That could be a treat top some. Will try it again as there other things that look interesting on the menu. And looking forward to a breakfast there.

Great breakfast and lunch! Quick service and food is on point every time! Gelato is free w lunch, and the Parisian salad with Waldorf chicken is fantastic! Breakfast is delicious as well! Eggs Benedict is really good! They're open until 2:00.

I don't understand why you have counter ordering rather than at the table. Food was average.
